The challenge

Targets had to be split between branches fairly, while keeping track of what each branch had already received and how units were spread across customer categories.

Our solution

We built a distribution screen where the administrator picks a project, sees the units still available and assigns a target to each branch in one click.

Live tables show each branch’s current targets, the total distributed so far and the totals by customer category — each with its running sum.
