The challenge

IPE Interactive Projects runs maintenance for many customers and their branches across different areas. Requests, schedules and visits had to be organised so that nothing is missed and every visit is reported.

Our solution

We built a Windows desktop system organised around a single ribbon: register and edit main and branch customers, define service areas, record incoming requests and maintenance orders, plan the maintenance schedule and print visit reports for any date range.

User accounts and permissions keep each team member on the screens they need.
