The client

Smart QR is our own app: a QR code scanner for everyday use — links, Wi-Fi details, email addresses or plain text — with no account, no ads and no tracking.

What we built

We designed and built the app with React Native and Expo: a live camera scanner with haptic feedback, a history of the last 20 scans kept only on the phone (copy or open any result), a three-step welcome and a settings page. Camera frames are read on the device and are never saved or uploaded.
