The challenge

Faiz El Gomhor is a member of the Kuwaiti National Assembly and the son of former member Ghannam Al-Jumhour. His office receives a steady flow of citizen requests addressed to many government authorities, and each one has to be recorded, followed up and answered.

Our solution

We built a transactions log where every request is registered with the applicant, civil ID, phone, the concerned authority and the subject, then tracked with colour-coded statuses until it is closed — with follow-ups, printing and file attachments on each transaction.

A names directory, account statements per person and per referrer, reports by subject and authority, and settings for authorities, users, subjects and request statuses complete the system.
